PROGRAM BENEFITS:

FAA APPROVAL

* Has been previously approved by many different FSDO's for other L-29's.

THE PROGRAM PACKAGE INCLUDES:

* Editing of the test procedures (Chapter 4 Section 6) for equipment that may have been
  removed from a standard L-29, so the program represents your specific aircraft.
* Digital copy for submitting to the FAA for approval. 
* Two paper copies of the program.  
* Ten copies of the Maintenance Discrepancy Form  
* Two copies of the Summary of Items Deferred Form. 

PROGRAM LICENSE AGREEMENT:

The Program is copyright protected material, which the License Agreement grants the use of and limited copy permission for a specific aircraft owner/operator. The License Agreement also provides protections for both parties and outlines the terms and conditions.

THE PROCESS:

* Please email Tom Lindee at tlindee@L29support.com with your "N" number & serial 
  number along with you're contact information and the best time to contact you.
* The program will be discussed and your aircraft equipment will be determined.
* A License Agreement will be prepared and emailed. Simply print, read, sign and return 
  with your payment. 
* A Program Package will be developed and normally be ready to ship within 10-14 days. 
* Once the License Agreement is returned the Program Package will be shipped.
* Submit two of the Program paper copies along with the cover letter to your local FSDO. 
  If desired, L29 Support will talk with the FAA, on your behave, if questions arise. 
* Once the Program is approved your FSDO will return one copy to you with a cover letter 
  stating the approval (normally within 45-90 days) and keep one copy for their records.
* The process is slightly different for a certified L-29 and L29 Support will walk you through it.
